There are two typical reasons why your music may not be playing when you are on your live website:
- In order for the music playback features to work, your website "Music" page must be "turned on". To turn the page on, click the green "Turn page on" button located in the upper right portion of the page in your account.
- If you have the autoplay option set that allows your music to open and play in the pop-up window, and the music is not playing, check your browser pop-up blocker settings. You may need to disable the pop-up blockers or set an exception for pop-ups coming from mywedding.com.
