Song won't upload

It's possible that the MP3 music files you are trying to upload to your website are corrupted files. Sometimes when files are converted from one format to another format or they are simply acquired from an unreliable source on the internet, they cannot be uploaded to the wedding website because they become corrupted in the process. These files will often still play without any trouble on your computer but our wedding websites cannot read them.

Try uploading your music file again. If it will not upload, try emailing the music files to yourself as attachments to a message. Save the attached files at a separate location from where the originals reside. Try uploading them again from the new location.
